Power Planning Day 2018

Calling Creative Professionals near Chicago!

Do you find it hard to find the time to step back from your business and look at the bigger picture?

Do you struggle to come up with a plan for growing your business and making it profitable?

Do you need help turning your great ideas into plans that will increase your reach and income?

If any of those questions resonate with you, we invite you to spend the day with us working on your business with other like-minded professionals.

Being a creative entrepreneur can sometimes feel very isolating, and our hope is that this Power Planning Day can be the beginning of a local network of creative business owners who help each other become more successful and stay accountable to our individual goals.

The day’s events include guided planning exercises, training in special topics, and networking with other creatives. Space is extremely limited, so make sure you register early to guarantee your spot. The cost for the day is $85. Light snacks and beverages will be provided, and lunch is on your own.

By the end of the day, we want you to have a clear plan of how you’re generating revenue this year, ways to put those plans in action, and what to focus on first to maximize your impact.

Use the tabs (or arrows on a mobile device) below to learn how to register, view the detailed agenda, know what to bring, and learn about the session facilitators.

Registration is easy and can be done in 3 steps:

You don’t need to bring much, but you may find it helpful to have your planner or calendar handy, a notebook & pen for notes, something to write with, and your P&L from last year if you have it ready. It’s also a good idea to bring enough business cards to distribute (you will need ~15), and if you want to add anything to the participant gift bag you are welcome to do so (in the same quantity.)

If you don’t want to eat out, bring a packed lunch and any other personal snacks you need. The studio refrigerator isn’t very large, so please try to keep perishables to a minimum.
