MADE is a place for people who already love making things, or who want to learn to love making things. It’s the brainchild of Ebony Love, who wanted a place for creatives to gather (and to reclaim her house from hundreds of bolts of fabric and thousands of dies.)
MADE offers classes in sewing, die cutting, quilting, and long arm quilting. We’re here to help you start your projects, stitch them confidently, and finish them successfully. If quilting isn’t your thing, we are happy to finish your project for you.
MADE is open by appointment Thursday through Monday, from 9 am to 7 pm. If we have renters or classes scheduled, we are open to the public and you are welcome to come in; if we don’t have anything scheduled, it’s likely we are not open. We’d hate for you to waste a trip, so we recommend you check our public calendar or call us before you come to make sure we’re there to greet you!
MADE is also happy to host your sewing, quilting, knitting, or crochet group! You are welcome to book our modular classroom space for your event. Let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Hi! I’m Ebony, and I am the force behind MADE. At the time I created my first design business, LoveBug Studios, I had no idea how passionate I would become about sharing my designs and teaching others about this wonderful craft that I love.
My first business was created to serve the ever-growing online population of quilters and crafters who are looking for unique products and experiences and people to share their excitement with.
I love my online community, and LoveBug Studios is not going away, but I have been looking for a way to bring those connections closer and give people a great experience in the real world too. There’s a thriving and growing community of quilters right here where I live, and I hope to meet and host each one of them in the MADE space someday.

We proudly stitch on Handi Quilter machines: Fitzwilliam is our 24″ HQ Fusion on a 12′ adjustable frame, and Elizabeth Too is our 20″ HQ Amara on a 12′ stationary frame. Either machine will accommodate up to king sized quilts (132″ max backing width).
A Long Arm Renter Certification class is required prior to renting time on our machines.
We can happily accommodate up to 2 renters at a time during classes, and up to 3 when classes are not in session.
A Die Cutting Renter Certification class is required prior to renting time on our machines.
You are welcome to use it when it’s available, but please call ahead to confirm it’s open for use.
